From time to time Manningham Council nominates community members to join the Association. MRA Forum generally meets four times per year on weekday evenings at the Manningham Council Offices and operates various working parties to examine and bring forward recommendations on specific issues. It is a forum for the dissemination and consideration of information regarding sports and recreation issues in Manningham. Community members are also eligible to be elected to the Board of Management of the Association.  The Board meets on at least six occasons during the year.  The Board is responsible for discharging all statutory responsibilities of the Association, determining strategic direction and acting on recommendations from MRA Forum meetings. Enquiries are always welcomed from individuals who have a strong interest in recreation and sporting issues or a commercial/administrative/community service background willing to volunteer some time and effort to assist in achieving a healthier and happier community.
